We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be via our courier Sendle. You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed and another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Question How will my gift be packaged and wrapped?
AnswerYour gift will be carefully positioned in our boxes which is packed with crinkle paper for extra support. Your box is then placed in a shipping carton packed with air bags to prevent from any damage.

Yes. Please leave a comment in the notes upon checkout with your message to the receiver.

AnswerDue to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately.
Question My order is a gift. Can you make sure not to include any packing slip or receipt in my delivery?

All invoices are sent via email. We make sure these are not included in your package.
